Onboarding Process

These are the steps and procedures through which our trained staff are integrated into a new organization.

Enquiry

The onboarding process for Temployee begins with an initial contact or inquiry from you through one of our channels. This first step is crucial as it sets the stage for understanding your specific needs and how we can assist in meeting them.

Qualification

After receiving your inquiry, we assess your requirements and budget. This stage involves a detailed discussion to ensure you understand our services, including the qualifications of the required staff, the length of the engagement, necessary software competencies, and working hours.

Quotation

Following the qualification phase, we provide a detailed quotation outlining the different charges associated with our services. The quotation includes a breakdown of costs and specifies how and when payments will be required.

Contracting

Once the quotation is approved, we draft a contract detailing the agreed terms and conditions. This contract is sent to you for review and signing, formalizing the agreement between Temployee and your company.

Placement

The placement process begins with candidate hunting and screening. We conduct initial interviews and assessments of potential candidates, creating detailed profiles for your review. You then select the candidates you wish to interview, and upon your final selection, we handle candidate contracting, including any necessary office training and induction.

Induction

Upon successful placement, we provide you with an Induction Pack. This pack includes best practices for integrating new hires, established support processes, reporting protocols, and important policies such as payment and conduct policies.

Support

Throughout the engagement, we offer ongoing support, including regular reports on staff performance and time usage. We are committed to ensuring a smooth experience and are available to address any issues or concerns.

Feedback

After the engagement concludes, we seek your feedback through ratings and comments. This feedback is invaluable for refining our services and improving future client experiences.
